I am super disappointed, two years in a row needing pest inspection. What is going on? We never had to deal with this before like what happened? I feel like we pay too much money to have to do this as often as it is. When to inspection happened it felt a little off, was not comfortable at all. This is a super nice place to live but know it is very expensive and the parking lot is not great but very beautiful.
Very unhappy. These apartments are too expensive to be have pest inspections twice in under one year. Felt very uncomfortable with the inspection when the inspector open my cupboard and was touching my personal Items. Make sure you do your research before you rent.
Zero stars. Pest inspection?? Again??? Whole complex this time??? Where do we live the projects??? Sure hope we don't have to pack up again???? Cockroachs again??? Whole complex?? Wow??? And with what we pay in rent??? Why not combine fire inspection and roach inspection??? That would make sense.
Zero Extra parking spaces. Inside the community ALL parking is reserved aside from 3 spaces. 3 spaces Total. Which means if you have people come visit, or have more than 1 person who drives living in your Apartment (husband/wife) for example, or a teen daughter, 2/3 will have to park ALL the way out in the NASTY POTHOLE, DIRT lot..
