My family and I lived here from 2015 to 2020, then again a few years later. When we lived here in 2015-2020, we had absolutely no complaints regarding the office/management staff. Now, as of at least this year, the office/management staff has changed a lot and is often rude and condescending about normal questions, such as fees that suddenly show up on your account.
