Drove from Huntington Beach to purchase an oven. Sadly, turned away secondary to not having an appointment. The woman who told us there was no one to help us never asked if we would like to set up an appointment to return to shop on another day. Renwes Sales must be doing well... no attempt to have a customer return to purchase an appliance from their company. Heading to Pacific Sales.

Roy was amazing!! Helped us pick the perfect appliances for our new house! He always got right back to us no matter how many times we asked the same silly questions and the kitchen could not be any better!! My parents have used Renwes for YEARS and now I will too!!
