Today, I went there to inquire about IPL and was instructed to fill out forms requiring all of my personal information. However, I was not informed that we would be charged $25, even when I decided to try the facial they recommended. I pointed out twice that I should be fully informed, yet transparency was lacking. Given this situation, I strongly suggest you exercise caution if you decide to go there.
Tiffanee at the Robinson location gave me a facial and she did an incredible job!!! I felt so relaxed and my skin feels amazing!!! Would definitely recommend her.
I’ve been going to Karri for my facials (specially skin pen) and brows (microblading and tints) since 2016, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else. From the very beginning, Karri has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and consistent. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at what they do but also genuinely cares about their clients. Karri is a true gem, (brow queen!!) and I’m so grateful to have found her. Highly, highly recommend!
I have seen Dallas multiple times for micro blading and she is by far the best in Pittsburgh. She is so through and knowledgeable and she can transform anyone’s brows. She takes the time to sit and talk to you about what you want and she maps out your brows and shows you what looks best on your face. She’s a wealth of knowledge and experience and worth every penny.
What can I say about Karri??? We have a great time and I come out looking amazing. I love her candor and wealth of knowledge. I know I'm in great hands...what more can you ask for?
