They won't pick up any of my calls. I've called several times as well as a called a couple weeks ago and they still wouldn't pick up. Very unprofessional, I have a groupon which is now expired. I can't get anything from it so thank you for being a unprofessional. I understand if they are busy but I've called during operating hours and no one picks up goes straight to voicemail.

I bought a Groupon for a pedicure. Called them and left a message for them to call me back to book an appointment four times and never got a return call. I finally contacted Groupon and now have a credit. What a waste of time and money. My advise.... Don't bother.

Tried booking a groupon appointment for 2 weeks. Called several times, noone picked up and nobody returned my voicemails. Very unprofessional, Thanks for wasting my time!

Tried several times to book an appointment. I did finally book an appointment, more than a week in advance. They cancelled my appointment that was scheduled for my birthday with less than 24 hours notice and wouldn't give an explanation for why. Very disappointing experience, sadly!
