I just wanted to go on here and say that this is one of the worst and unprofessional companies we have rented from. Hopefully one of those associates can see this so they understand that they are the most useless people you can get in contact with. You try calling the number to ask for help or need maintenance and they are no help. I'm going to give you guys a very HONEST review. I've been dealing with this company since initially inquiring about our rental property since January. The initial process was easy, everything was done by email and never over the phone. Which wasn't an issue but I've had many questions since then. This company is a rip-off. They state everyone over 18 must apply and pay a separate application fee. Although only 1 of us us paying the rent they deny people of the co-applicant having a negative ding on their credit report from 7 years ago! Even though that person isn't paying the rent it is an absolute scam to steal money for people and just make bank on non refundable application fees.
