The staff at Renue always go above and beyond - in the past several months as we have been navigating pregnancy, a new baby, a car accident, surgeries and mental health ups and downs, they have truly gotten to know us and our needs. It is so comforting to have a local pharmacy with staff we can trust in a large city and an industry that isn’t known for taking the time to personalize interactions with customers. We recommend Renue to everyone!
All the employees have helped me with my childrens prescriptions. They deal with my insurance company obtaining prior authorization and even secured a discount coupon that provided me tremendous savings!! So worth going to them for their efforts. They also deliver to my house and if I pick up the pharmacy it is located in a beautiful new office building with comfortable seating if you need to wait a minute! Not your chain pharmacy- more of a boutique pharmacy with down to earth service and friendly people!
I'd like to mention how great of a job Cheryl and the other members of the pharmacy does. People who struggle with mental health sometimes need a little extra help with getting their medications and for me personally, I've appreciated the efforts they have made at the pharmacy make to ensure that happens!
My experience at this Pharmacy was amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I waited a total of 5 minutes to get the vaccine after completing my paperwork. Naeda was fabulous at administering the vaccine and giving me clear instructions on what to expect and to call her back if any issues arise. I have since referred my friends and family so they can get the utmost care!! Keep up the good work!
