Cynthia was very gentle, professional, and polite throughout the entire appointment. It was my first time getting both a facial and a wax, and I was a little nervous, but she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She was very gentle during the whole process, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved her work, and every dollar was worth it. I highly recommend her!
