I set up self-guided viewing of a rental property. Upon arrival, there were no clear markings as to which apartment it was - upstairs or downstairs. In calling the office for confirmation, the individual could not answer the simple question as to which unit was for rent. I have tried for 11 days to get someone to call me back regarding a rental application I put in online the day a property was listed. No response to voicemails or emails. Single mothers do not have $45 to waste on application fees. Also, per the request I uploaded paystubs and documents and now I feel I've been scammed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Head my warning, they will take your application fee and never return your calls or emails.
