wow... wish I read all these reviews before applying but I am glad I did right now. I just completed my application and after a thousand and one requirements they come up with the average credit score for my husband I being at 550 -600 (which I doubt) and so asking for 3000 just for deposit. After reading the reviews I see that this is what they do to people and never even return the deposit. Alot of RedFlags from the reviews with them and so I will run away at this time. This company is rife with profit-driven individuals who insist there's no room for negotiation, claiming a phantom figure has increased the house's value, despite no appraiser visit since the initial purchase. Even as maintenance requests are filed, they twist the issue, add it to the rent, which then hikes up the monthly rent by hundreds of dollars, and then dismissing any protests with "that's just how it is, sorry no refund." Run in the opposite direction This by far has been the worst rental experience of my adult life. From day 1 it was a horrific experience but moving from one state to another we were out of options when we decided to rent a property sight unseen. Filled out all paperwork online paid deposit online and drove over 10 hours to drop off the first load and the agent went on vacation without leaving key code to get in front door. As we have lived here, it has only gotten worse. They told us before we moved in “please don’t believe the negative reviews, we had a change of ownership”. Stupid us because we should have believed the reviews. This company is truly a bunch of slumlords. This has been the worst experience with a property management company I have ever encountered. i wouldn't even give them a 1 star i applied they use a company call findigs and they claim i was denied due to credit score they only require you have 600 score my score is 690 they also advise that it was findigs that denied me the company said it was them i contacted TransUnion no one even ran my credit i have no hard inquiries from them i sent them proof of my score from TransUnion website and they claim to open back up the application then ask me send over additional proof of score to send over previous utility bill an... read more

The company being Ran under renu realty management is commiting Fraud and has homes listed that it doesn't intend to ever rent they are scamming consumers out application fees they are taking multiple applications in the dozen count on propertys then fabricates reason of denial too steal the application fees they are obtaining mass amounts of personal information and bank account access to possibly sell on the dark web there needs to be an investigation into this scam and the perpetrators needs too be locked up they are outr... read more
