My company Phase One (architecture and due diligence reporting) collaborated with RENU on multifamily renovations in the Southeast. As a designer and project manager, hands down, I have never worked with a partner as awesome, efficient, and hard working as RENU. Would never use this company after someone in one of their labeled branded vehicles tried to cause a wreck with me and then chase after me when I got around him.
This is the worst and I mean the worst experience for me renting through this company. Moved site unseen from out of state. Told it would be cleaned when I arrived super dirty cleaning lady showed up after I was in the home for a week. Got a notice of fine due to the lawn not being up kept the first three days of arriving and that’s just the start. Intermittent lights the entire 5 months I have lived here. 5 plus electricians out to fix the problems still on going to this day not resolved. Issues in the bathroom with room fl... read more
