My apartments hired Renu for an ongoing preventative maintenance project, and I have to say that Ben, Leo, and all the guys did such a fantastic job, catering to my OCD and cleanliness, and were so careful, respectful, and kind, making all the repairs as painless as possible. I would highly recommend them for any project.
This is the worst and I mean the worst experience for me renting through this company. Moved site unseen from out of state. Told it would be cleaned when I arrived super dirty cleaning lady showed up after I was in the home for a week. Got a notice of fine due to the lawn not being up kept the first three days of arriving and that’s just the start.
