I rented a house in Philadelphia for two years with RENU. They were always responsive, solved all problems and maintenance issues efficiently. I don't have a single thing to complain about - they did a good job.

I moved into their property in Aug 2020. There were minor issues that Rachel as well as the maintenance team address almost immediately. Rachel is very professional and easy to communicate with. After being in the property a little over six months I decided I would definitely be renewing my lease. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I've been quite pleased with the service RENU has provided over the years. Rachel is always quick to respond, and is willing to work through any issues that arise. Owning rental property from afar is tricky, and it's so important to have someone that will find options, shop around for bids on work that needs to be done, and actually listen to what I want done, etc. I've never felt as though I wasn't important and that my best interests weren't a priority.
