Dr. Pokhama was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She did type out detailed notes about my background, but I personally view that as a quite positive thing. While she does have an accent, she never minded repeating her question or comment to ensure I understood exactly what she was saying. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and appreciated Dr. Pokhama's time and knowledge.
This neurologist rolled her eyes at me!! Never again! She didn't listen to my questions, nor my medical history! My other neurologist took out a stop watch & watched me walk! I thought this person would at least be close to what he did! What a waste of time & money!
My 1st visit. She was kind, professional and listened carefully to all my comments and concerns. My issues are not completely resolved but I do have another direction to consider. I presented two DVDS of past MRIs and extensive notes on Nerve Conduction and EMG Tests. I haven't given up yet.
