As I sit here I just get so frustrated with the 3 years I have dealt with the horrible service as my neurologist. Went back to see what she said to my message. As expected nothing. Nothing nothing
Dr. Pokhama was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She did type out detailed notes about my background, but I personally view that as a quite positive thing. While she does have an accent, she never minded repeating her question or comment to ensure I understood exactly what she was saying. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and appreciated Dr. Pokhama's time and knowledge.
