I’ve used this company before when the father was over it. I had no issues. I was excited to work with them again but the son misunderstood the job I wanted done. He provided a quote for the tub and tile separately and together. I wanted the tub only done and he was upset about that. Suffice it to say, the completed job reflected his disdain. Edge of tub was not completed and when I mentioned it he said they don’t do caulking or edge completion. See pics. My question was “isn’t that a part of the service?” I told him I would... read more
