Dino and the Renu team are great! Their customized fitness coaching can help anyone regardless of age and ability. I didn’t think I could gain strength, endurance, and balance until I started going to Renu 18 months ago!

I am a retired surgeon and have spent most of my recreational time being active and outdoors. I have been in all kinds of gyms & hiking clubs for 40 years. Dino is brilliant. Having had a cervical fusion and seen countless doctors and pts for nerve pain, I witnessed Dino quickly identify the problem and note exercises to stop doing and provide exercises to begin doing to start to build muscles groups and support the structure--all this within my first visit. Whether you are looking for a "get back in shape" routine or an "up my game" regimen, Dino's workouts are exceptional. While he could tailor a remarkable workout to any age, he focuses on those who are over 40. More, faster, and heavier are not necessarily the answers for joints and bodies that have some wear and tear, or that have been neglected for 10-20 years. I am going on my third year with Renu. I do the 5:45 a.m. class and I thought after three years, I would be burned out. Not a chance, I actually look forward to each and every one of my sessions. It is important to me for my workouts to be challenging and these instructors always deliver. They know my fitness level and always push me to go harder. They not only have the knowledge and education to perfect my form and prevent injury but are able to modify exercises from a previous injury.
