Update 3/17/2026: Renu’s response below is misleading. Since my last post, Enphase Executive Support (Case #19565094) has officially reviewed my system and confirmed this is a "design limitation" and "not an optimal match." Contrary to Renu's claim, the manufacturer explicitly stated that certified partners should "avoid charging customers to correct preventable design issues." So far, only through the sales process but that part has been excellent. Daniel Moore has been patient and is very knowledgeable about products, design, and process. Looking forward to the install!
Extremely professional, kind, and understanding staff. Obtained an initial quote, they came out and did a site survey and finalized the quote, unfortunately the project was denied by my HOA but they were very understanding and provided a refund. The communications were regular, the information was substantial but not overwhelming. Even though my project was denied, overall, this was an extremely positive experience.
Daniel Moore from Renu Energy did excellent job getting me a good price for my solar panels and power battery. I highly recommend him. i'm 90 years old I know the solar panels will outlive me. but I think thy are worth the cost.
