The Rentz tech fixed the problem but didn't look for an underlying cause and it failed under the 30 day window. I have called and left messages repeatedly and they don't call back. I ended up having to pay for another service request myself. If AHS assigns them, ask for someone else as these people are unprofessional and DO NOT stand behind their work
Terrible customer service! When I inquired about there all day wait time with 30 minute enroute notice he rudely told me to go elsewhere and hung up on me. It’s apparent they don’t value their customers so I can only imagine what their repair service would be like. Run! Don’t do it!
AHS sent this poor excuse of a repairman because my HVAC wasn't blowing cold air. He checked and said my freon was low. Never went to the attic to check for a leak and told me he had no freon anyway. He told me he would get in contact with AHS and get back to me within 2 hours. Never heard from him again so I called AHS (which is also garbage and I have since cancelled) and they said he hadn't sent any report.
