Clay Rainey, owner of RentWNC, has been a tremendous help in getting my property in Flat Rock, NC rented in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Despite of all the obstacles of damaged roads, no internet service and fallen trees everywhere, Clay pushed through and my property was rented within three weeks. I found myself unexpectedly in need of temporary lodgings, and RentWNC was recommended to me. Clay was fabulous in helping me locate a nice rental that suited my needs in the area. There was an issue with the washer in the unit, and Clay ensured a repairman was sent out to service the washer the day after I reported it, so it was fixed without delay.
