I rented my place sight unseen as I was transferring to the area in the middle of winter and could not get up here to visit different units. The place was not perfect and I didn't expect it to be they have been pretty good about getting in and getting things fixed when they could. So I have never dealt with this company but my son talked to someone last week and was suppose to look at a house and the guy didn't show up. We called and sent text messages and no response. The next day the guy said he was sick so ok whatever. My son said he would like to look at another house and he got an email from the guy with an address for a studio apartment. Once again my son tried calling him and I sent him a text message and no response.
This is the worst apartment building that I have ever lived in since I've been in Sioux city cause every time that u turn around something is always breaking down for an example one of the water lines has a crack in it and also one of the boilers here in the Phoenix apartments isn't even working at all that's why the heat isn't even on right now this apartment building needs to be red tagged and shut down
2 weeks ago I toured a place, submitted an application and paid the application fee, and since then I have been ghosted like a bad ex. At least have the courtesy to tell me if my application was denied for some reason.
I was looking forward to doing business and becoming a tenant, but this has to be the most Biased and discrimination company I've had any experience with. Very poor communication. Seems to only want to accept foreigner, application was accepted but rejected by one of their employees it seems.
