Seem to be very nice people Liz has been great. The only issue I have is I moved in Friday afternoon Friday evening went to wash my hands and we had no hot water. I put in a maintenance request in 4 days later I still have no hot water I didn't think they will come out on the weekend so wasn't too mad but now Monday has passed and no one is called no one came by and I have no hot water to shower with. RentSUX has great properties for a realistic budget. I love that it’s owned by a local family and I don’t have to mess with some corporate group that lives in another state. Issues are resolved quickly and the properties, at least where I have been, are great.
The people at Rent Sux are amazing. They have gone over board to help especially in these conditions. This is a top notch company to work with!
I highly recommend Rent Sux! The company is excellent and the team members are fantastic.
