I made the change from my prior property management company to RentSource and I'm extremely happy in doing so. Simply the Best Property Management company in SCV. Julie makes everything easy for both owners and tenants. She's like the perfect go-between and keeps everyone happy. She has tons of experience and easy to work with and I can depend on her to walk me through any maintenance issue, big or small. She also truly cares about both sides. Tenants get their issues handled quickly and fairly. She also has access to best maintenance people in the area and would get issues resolved quickly.
