Extremely rude accuse me of lying on an application when the app itself was faulty stay away from this company you real regret it. When I got on the phone to try to explain what may have happened the person over talked me and basically spoke to me like I had three heads. Did they very passive-aggressive text message and then blocked it where I wasn't able to reply back. And they refuse to give me back my application fee. I live under a bridge before I ever try this company again
Every time i call I'm told it is not Hcv approved or I can't rent it due to it being more then two times the rent for security deposit. Has me 😕 🫤 confused cause how am I approved but yet everything I want not approved for it. And she is very rude over the phone to professional of the state.c
If I could give the company a 0 star I would I should’ve listen to the reviews before I moved here but if your reading this PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the trouble and DONT MOVE to ANY of their properties yes you can’t beat the price but it’s a bigger price you will pay in the end these people don’t come and fix anything when I first moved in it was mice eating at all of my food then came the roaches no matter how much I cleaned btw they don’t do pest control ,and now the mold which I have been BEGING them for 3 months to co... read more
