Rented Sam's house on 1419 Rhodes st in Columbus ga. All windows were screwed & nailed shut. I told him the house had issues. I told him I needed to be able to open the windows he wouldn't fix them. It's against georgia laws to rent a home with all windows screwed & nailed shut. Utility bills were very high due to lack of insulation. Rent was $850. It was prerented online. Horrible customer service skills
Lady who answers the phone is unhelpful and super rude. Wouldn't use this company to seek for a rental or to rent one out. Absolutely horrible service. I can see why rentals sit for weeks with them.
