Great staff, I bought my vehicle here.
Not willing to work any kind of deal
Very attentive, but didn't have all my wants in the vehicle I was looking at
They responded very quickly and was eager to help and REALLY Listened to what I was interested in locating. Unfortunately I did not purchase a Truck from Rentschler. With that being said, I still believe it would a been a VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE working with them. Thank Rentschler for the hard work you did do to try and help me find my truck.
Test drove vehicle. Waited 1 day for better trade in amt. Called next day & told them I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Filled out credit app. After that I was called and told vehicle was sold. It was never mentioned that the vehicle was not still available when I said I wanted it. I recd an email with apologies and an offer of employee pricing on a new jeep. I responded asking what they had available and haven't heard back. That was almost 1 week ago. Poor communiation.
