They pulled $500 from our deposit to pay for turnover cleaning without notice or evidence, even though we left the apartment in perfectly good condition upon leaving. They've repeatedly dodged any responsibility and I'm disappointed in Mitchell for not being accountable to good tenants. If you rent here, check all your statements and carefully review your lease terms because they will steal from you.
