We were very blessed to find a house for rent through Paul Svilokos when the Florida rental properties almost doubled back 4 years ago. Paul has a lot of expertise in the local real estate and did a great job of finding good renters for the property as well as managing the property all the way to sale. Ronnie is super diligent at responding to communications and coordinating in resolving issues with fixes, maintenance and renovations. Rentpro is excellent at resolving disagreements between landlord and tenants as well.
