Rental it self was very nice, but move out experience has been terrible. They are very clearly just holding our deposit as long as legally possibly (surely because they do this with everyone's and make interest on it). I have called multiple times to figure out if/how much of a damage deposit I will be getting back and they just say "legally we don't have to do anything for 45 days", and they they will mail us a a check (or not?) at 45 days.
