"The unhappy birds sing louder than the others" should have been one of the biggest red flags. He took joy in taking advantage of someone else's poor circumstances. Disgraceful.
I came to Mr Harry Morningstar explained to him that I had just had my money stolen from Craig Marhle after he promised me a place. Harry offered us a place n pretended to care. HE EVEN KNEW I WAS HANDICAPPED. We reviewed a spot under The Waynesburger that he owned. He told us that if we wanted the spot to just give him a check to claim. I gave him 6 months rent up front in agreement that he would not cash the check until zoning approved. The property is not able to be a retail store we were told. Easy to start the process and get moved in but no follow through after. Reported repairs that needed done within the first week of move in, including a leaking toilet and sink that were creating puddles. The leaks went unaddressed and we called again within 3 days and were met with attitude, and an additional week before they were fixed. The additional repairs were never addressed in any manner. There were keys that were never given to us that were needed for things such as the mail box. We had difficulty getting the electri... read more
