I am very happy and grateful to Dr. Fisher. My son had heart surgery at Seattle children's and they made me choose a new pediatrician. Since 2019 so far, I have been very professional with the Autism Diagnosis with my Son, the Doctor has been very supportive for us, and the girls in front are super friendly.

I had a very frustrating experience at Renton Pediatrics today. I was running late because I took a wrong turn, so I tried calling the office while on my way, but the calls would not go through properly. When I arrived, I was still on hold while I could hear the phones ringing in the office. After getting there, I waited about 10 minutes before being helped. Sudden change to collect balance at visit instead of waiting for bill like it had always been, that cost extra time for parents who thought there was not a need to bring HSA card. When confronted billing person lied about policies and can't produce the change of policies disclosure. Make parent pay at spot and spend extra time for reimbursement or go home and reschedule.
