I had a very frustrating experience at Renton Pediatrics today. I was running late because I took a wrong turn, so I tried calling the office while on my way, but the calls would not go through properly. When I arrived, I was still on hold while I could hear the phones ringing in the office. After getting there, I waited about 10 minutes before being helped. Sudden change to collect balance at visit instead of waiting for bill like it had always been, that cost extra time for parents who thought there was not a need to bring HSA card. When confronted billing person lied about policies and can't produce the change of policies disclosure. Make parent pay at spot and spend extra time for reimbursement or go home and reschedule.
We’ve never had anything but positive experiences with Renton pediatrics. The front desk staff is always friendly, they are easy to get ahold of and always get my baby in quickly.
We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Fisher. Much better than other places. He’s on time, courteous and knowledgeable.
During a recent visitat our sons 2 month well check, Dr. Fisher made several statements that raised concerns about his understanding of certain medical topics and his approach to patient communication. 1. Inaccurate Explanations – He presented information about how certain treatments are processed in the body that was inconsistent with standard medical knowledge.
