We have an account with Rentokil for over 3 years. The technician suddenly stopped providing the monthly services for no reason and it’s been over 4 months that we have no visit. Despite our several phone calls and emails they still can’t set up the service for us. The manager and even the regional manager promised us to solve this matter soon but nothing happened yet.
