I had Rentokil come to take care of a minor cockroach problem. It’s been four months now and they’ve been to my house 6 times to take care of it and have continually failed to do so. They even admitted to me that it was their own fault for not being on top of it and they should have been fully exterminated by now. Despite it being their own inadequacy they keep charging me for return services. On top of that their call center doesn’t communicate very well with the local location so scheduling was a nightmare.
