Awful "company" (if you can call them that) to deal with. Just TERRIBLE. Don't bother. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. They are fraudulent and an unreliable source. I cannot believe they have been in business this long. Shame on them!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE My friend and I were searching for a place in Northampton to be closer to work and school. Naturally we went to rentnoho.com - how convenient, we thought, after Craigslist wasn't panning out. They rented us the wrong apartment Although commendable for staying clear of bad listings, like undergraduate dumps, mildewy creakers, and other manifestations of untenable housing, Rentnoho has a thing or two to learn about making amends for their mistakes. I rented a property which wasn't up to minimum standards for habitability. I moved out recently, and the property is freshly listed on rent nohos site, but has had 0 work done. The landlord refused to do any maintenance but offered us a potential discount on purchasing the house if we did our own maintenance. We paid a broker fee for a house that doesn't have windows that close. Has active roof leaks. And active insect infestations in the rotting subfloor. Beware.

I’m amazed this place is still in business. Their agents are the definition of greedy and lack any sense of honesty, ethics or integrity. They lie through their teeth and will tell you anything just to make a sale. If you are a landlord in the Pioneer Valley or tenant AVOID them like the plague. The owner has less integrity than Donald Trump and is clearly byproduct of bad parenting who values money over people. Go to Robinson’s reality and don’t give these scum bags your business.
