15 years and counting, AAA rating I have a 4-plex that Rentmaster has been managing for over 15 years. I have never had a problem with them. They keep me informed and are quick to the rental units needs. Bob F. PROS: Everthing CONS: None
Landlords beware We went to Rentmaster to have them manage our rental property. They rented to a couple who were late with rent every month and in the end needed to be evicted. They also completly trashed our home. RM did not once check up on the property. They did a poor job of following through on our requests. PROS: none CONS: No service
Rentmaster Exeeds Expectations! I could not be happier with the service I received at Rentmaster. My husband and I just signed up to rent out our town home in the Meadows because he got accepted to grad school in Oregon. We just left on Friday and this afternoon they called to let us know that a lease has been signed and a couple moved in today!
