Watch out for these guys. They are thieves. Very bad living conditions that might not even be legal. Maintenance was non existent. You are on your own. Meth dealers lived in the apartment above us, and armed Rexburg Police raided the building. The property Manager Jenn did everything she could to rob us of our Deposit even after paying rent on time every time for six months. I got married in August last year and went to Rentmaster to see if I could find our first apartment. I was looking for a 6 month lease and the Jen helped me find a place that we loved. She sat down with us and went over all the documents with us. Throughout our stay we had to call the maintenance department only once but they responded to us within 24 hours. Bad Service – Please do not rent from this company I just got RIPPED off on my deposit after renting for 5 and 3/4 years and had 11 people help me clean this house then to be ADVISED that I owe them over 600.00 And get charged for Random cleaning that would not be possible as there was nothing left there to be cleaned.
Awesome service! – Hey I read a couple bad reviews on here and just want to say that I thought Rentmaster was great! They rented my wife and I an apartment in the 'burg and they were helpful and easy to work with. They even gave us a welcome basket when we moved in. Now that I am getting ready to move out they gave us a paper with info on what to do to get our deposit back. Terrible to work with. – Rentmaster took over Green Gables a month ago and it has been terrible ever since. We had to move for my wife's student teaching so we called Rentmaster and asked them if we had someone take over the contract that they would still charge the $525. The girl on the phone said that it is no problem. We found someone to take over the contract and went into rentmaster to take care of the paperwork and the girl behind the counter said that the person who was going to take over the contract had to pay $585 ... read more
Bad service We had trouble with a woman who worked there. They do have a lot of properties, so it is worth it to check them out, but you kind of sacrifice service for choices. I would not go back to them because she was so dishonest.
