Rentler is a TERRIFIC rental management software and an amazing deal for what you get - so many resources. I’ve been using them for about 6-7 years now with all of my rental properties. Great tenant application process, rent collection, even has accounting tools and helps you tracks rent payments etc. If you’re considering them give them a try and you will be so happy you did!
I do not usually write reviews but Rentler is terrible. I have had nothing but problems with verification, bugs, and customer service. They have one lady who runs the phones and when I asked to speak to someone with more authority. They are "out of office" on a Friday morning at 10:30 Am. The charge you 40 dollars for a temporary background check. Just work with your landlord if you have the option.
I'm shocked at how many positive reviews Rentler has. I created and account and listed my first property on Rentler. I received all kinds of 'Welcome to Rentler' emails, even one to verify my email address. Then I got one congratulating me on my first property listing. When I went to log back into my account to see if the listing was still pending, I wasn't able to log in. It told me I had to contact customer support, so I called.
