He tenido la oportunidad de reservar los autos por al menos 4 veces y sin problemas, siempre voy por la opción full protection para evitar cargos adicionales al momento del Pick-up, los inconvenientes que he podido tener es más directo con la arrendadora Avis, ejemplo ( auto no disponible de mi categoría, no auto gasolina, en una renta Avis no tenía sistema e hicieron todo el trámite manual y me tocó solicitar reembolso a rentingcarz , que aunque demoró varias semanas, procedió el reclamo
