Terrible experiencia. Acabamos de llegar a Europacar para retirar el vehículo reservado a través de rentingcarz y no tenían ni el vehículo que habiamos reservado, ni ningún otro vehículo disponible. Y el unico vehículo que les quedaba libre que no era lo que reservamos, lo tenían en su oficina del aeropuerto!!!! Cuando siempre pedí que el carro debía retirarlo en el norte. Nunca más no con rentingcarz no con Europacar
Modifique mi reseña porque alquile un auto mediante la pagina y cuando fui a buscar el auto resulta que la empresa no tenian el auto que alquile, les recomiendo que afinen un poco mas el stock de los autos de la otra empresas. Igual siempre respondieron a mis reclamos y el reintegro lo tuve a las 15 dias mas o menos
Lo usé recientemente para un viaje. Reservé un auto en Alamo y todo salió super bien. Hasta me atendieron de Renting Carz en vivo por chat para resolver un problema con la tarjeta. Lo recomiendo. Y ahora lo voy a usar nuevamente para otro viaje, acabo de hacer una segunda reserva ya sabiendo que son confiables.
