Pésimo me negaron la reserva en budget y retingcarz no se hizo cargo y me ofrecieron hacer otra reserva cuyos valores eran app 5 veces más que lo reservado, el proceso de atención fue lento con poca orientación al cliente, tuve que arrendar hotel en Madrid y viajar el día siguiente a Valencia todo mal
