Do not use their service, Stacey Norris does not returns emails or phone calls. Stay away from them and save yourself and family from a horrible experience. Portfolio of homes was sold to another property management company, without my approval or notice. Which I think, are probably the same same running it. Charge for a service that did not provide and fail to do anything that they promise, the only thing they will do a 100% is to take your money. And hire the most expensive handyman ever. I would give a zero star if I can. Our fund was overdrawn by mistake and still now more than a month, it has not been refunded back to our account. Stacey Norris is our property manager. We have emailed her and called her multiple times. She does not pick up her phone nor her email. I have call the corporate company hoping to talk to a live person but it went to Stacy’s voicemail every time we call. So no real person to talk to get update about my account. Worst place ever to rent from. Once something brakes or that don’t provide the mail keys! You have to go through hoops just to get in touch with someone. They never answer the phone. Stacey is no longer accepting are calls or even retuning them. We feel completely abandoned by this foundation and lack of concern for there Tendance. We have had the boss of Stacey formally resined after she found out what Stacey was doing. Now Stacey is in charge of the operating scam, and no longer taking responsibility for her actions.
