It's really sad how you try to do right by people and in the end they end up stabbing you in the back. Well that's exactly what happened here when I moved into this place the drip pans on the stove or rusted and black and they were rusted when I moved out I bought brand new ones and put them in there. When I moved in the walls were nasty and dirty and when I moved out they were partially freshly painted I cleaned the stove out the oven cuz it wasn't clean when I moved in. They work with you & are pretty good at keeping up with repairs on their rental properties. One of the best places i have ever rented from.
Very helpful. Have great service and the homes are great quality for renting. Highly recommended.
