Used Renter's Warehouse for almost 3 years now to rent out my place. They have been great to work with at all points and have great communication. If there is anything that needs to be communicated between me and my tenants, they are prompt and accommodating. I've had multiple times when i needed to get in touch with tenants (washer/dryer delivery or HOA maintenance needs) and tents were contacted promptly and I was contacted for confirmations. I have had no complaints thus far.
Renters Warehouse has been amazing to work with, and made it easy to rent out my house. I don’t have time to manage everything and they take care of the day to day stuff for me. Great service.
We liked that it was easy to visit the house.
Self guided tour of the Townhouse, easy to get in with lockbox. House was clean and we liked it!! Everything was just as Rental Ad said. Renter’s Warehouse was very easy to work with. We are planning to apply for the rental.
