Very easy experience and showing of the house we liked
I applied for a house they had listed in sandy I talked to the representative on Wednesday to follow through with my application. The house was listed at $2100 and still is as of this post 5/28. The owner called on Tuesday and raised the rent to $2295 because last tenant broke the lease early. It has not been published publicly that the rent price has increased. Absolutely dodged a bullet! The phone representative was awful! I have section 8 housing, my caseworker even called and she was a beast to her too!
Today, me and my kids decided we should write a review for Queenie Valero at Renters Warehouse. She and her team have given me so SO much more time nowadays to hang out with family, and we truly appreciate that wonderful gift. A experiência de ver um imóvel sem acompanhantes é ótima! Posso ver no meu tempo e voltar ao cômodo para tirar dúvidas como medidas para ver se os móveis que tenho caberão. A casa estava limpa de verdade, sem nenhum tipo de odor, os móveis e utensílios da cozinha estavam realmente limpos e conservados. Nota 10!!!
