As a renter, I’ve had few positive experiences with this rental company. They are late on sending me notices causing me to miss dates, they are not giving me an option to re-up the lease and forcing me to go month to month with incurs a 10% increase of rent, and majority of the time they have been slow at replying.

Worst rental company ever!!!!!!! We have never been given the garage code, it tools MONTHS to get the key to the clubhouse and pool working (even though we pay hundreds for HOA fees to use them) They charge ridiculous amounts for any little thing they can come up with to tack on. We have been waiting months for them to fix our ice maker in the fridge and they just don’t respond. They did fix our sink disposal and then added almost $450 to the next months rent for the repairs without saying anything to us.
Stay away from this scam company, don’t rent from them at all. Tons of hidden fees you will not be able to see until you pay the application fees. Everything done by phone and email you are not able to meet anyone. Also the rent was showing on zillow and there website as $2195 but they send me lease to sign with $2250 and they give you 24 hours to sign the lease if you don’t sign you loose your money and everything. Used Renter's Warehouse for almost 3 years now to rent out my place. They have been great to work with at all points and have great communication. If there is anything that needs to be communicated between me and my tenants, they are prompt and accommodating. I've had multiple times when i needed to get in touch with tenants (washer/dryer delivery or HOA maintenance needs) and tents were contacted promptly and I was contacted for confirmations. I have had no complaints thus far.
