They should not be allowed to manage properties. I'm not sure how morally or ethically anyone who works at this company lives with the way they practice business. Charging $673.00 to "paint the bathroom" and blaming home owners for assessing charges. And then not responding to disputes after taking OVER 30 days to return deposits/explanations. Stay away from this shady company and don't buy into the lies Melissa Morris sells you about how great they are. Total joke.
