So far so good... they gave me a list of selected apartments that I should look at (although most of the ones on the list I already knew about) and were pretty helpful with any questions I had about the property managers and owners. Not sure if the 100$ check thing will make me change this review but, so far, so good.
DONT have them mail your check So, after living in my new apartment for over 4 months, I still have yet to receive my $100 check they claim to send out for a referral. At first they claimed to have mailed it out, and after 2 weeks of emails I finally learned that they sent it to the wrong address - even though I had emailed them the correct address 2 times! It has now been almost a month since the 2nd check was 'mailed out' and still .... nothing.... Please don't be scammed like I have been.
Great service...was a big help to me. they really helped me sift through all the choices...so many apartments in this town! I looked on my own at first, but was glad I found them. They gave me a list of apartments and with a few tweaks to the list, I had a solid list to choose from. SAved me a lot of time and effort. the guest cards they provided really helped me out. Highly recommend!
