I own a house next to Renters hq tennants. I had to make a formal complaint to the city of Anderson because there tennants had garage sales 8 weeks in a row and there front yard turned in to a scrap yard.They placed young 21 year olds next to a quiet family of 4.The young tennants party until 2-3 am and are completely rude. I have are several complaints to renters hq but there representing James acts like I'm lying to him and has hung up the phone on me during our conversation. Renters Hq is a joke and a nightmare!!!!!!!
All I can say is, I would never recommend this company and in the same light as the other reviews, I can see why. The staff goes out of its way to not be helpful, they seem as if they are put out that you are even asking them to do anything for you. They take forever to approve you, where when we went to another place, they only took 2 hours for an application approval. We did a walk-through on a rental house that smelled like rat urine, wood rot everywhere, had black mold, dirty carpets and the place just looked overall run... read more
