This place is a joke. Having them fix anything is next to impossible. We have been out of the property for 3 Munch we randomly decide that we owe them rent for a month and have yet to confirm with the city water department that we no longer live there.
It’s a scam!! Travis is a criminal who deserves to be behind bars. He has blocked our numbers and refuses to return our $1000 deposit. Hope he has a good lawyer!
More like negative 5 stars. Travis Stiles never follows through with what he says. He says he will call you back, but doesn't. I pity any home owner that uses Renter Source NM as their property management company. We demanded that our lease be terminated due to a non-working oven that leaked gas when we tried to use it. Travis Stiles is a crook amd this company is a scam. The qualifying broker doesn't even reside in NM. He took our deposit on a house that on the outside was ok but when you lived in it turned out to be a home that should have been condemned. He never ever once came to do repairs or resolve the multitude of safety issues, huge water leaks, walls falling down roof leaks, malfunctioning air conditioning that cost over $600 per month including the pool equipment that didnt malfunction. This company is barely competent and will break any rental law and standard if they think they can get away with it. As far as I can tell, this is basically a one-man operation by Travis Stiles. Mr. Stiles is flakey and dishonest. During my time renting from this company, the property had numerous things break – some things were fixed (a broken fridge, broken garage door) and others not (a basically inoperable outside security door, a leaking garbage disposal).
