I'm staying with a friend of my family, yes I understand that there are rules and regulations that you have to follow, while #1) living under someone else's roof, #2)and keeping a low profile, but to be COMPLETELY HONEST, in my experience of renting apartments, on disability ,& having HUD, to paying market rent , yes I have a lot to say.
