DO NOT USE. Scammers and thieves. They can’t even show their faces. They do this virtually. You ask for no insurance they add it anyway and name it “Wave complimentary insurance”. Complimentary? No, they charge for it, even though you asked not to be added. The $500 deposit takes 30-45 days to refund? We will see if they even return it at all. OMG it’s beyond me how this is even a legit business. STAY AWAY
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If i could give 0 stars I would. We had to wait almost 2 hours to pick up our reserved rental because they only had one person physically there to cover multiple car rental agencies. We had to go in a tiny, not ventilated, phone box to videochat with an 'agent' to confirm all of our documents and pay for rental. I returned my rental car on 3/17/26 and still have not recieved my $250 security deposit back. Car was returned on time, with more gas, and passed the return inspection. There is no rea... read more
