Worst company ever.
Rented a property for our daughter when she was a student at CofC. Apartment was not clean upon move in. We cleaned it from top to bottom upon move in and upon move out. Move out agent said it was the cleanest move out he had seen. Yet we were charged a $400 cleaning/admin fee for delivering an apartment that was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in. Great company! Jack Kelly the property manager is awesome and always responds to any problems in a quick and efficient manner. Everyone in the office is super nice and answers any questions you may have. If you have the opportunity to rent with them I highly recommend!!
