I have no words for how horrible this company aka Rent Boulder Now has treated me and all tenants they rent to. Black mold, leaking faucets and sinks and windows full of black mold, that also leak, because the foundation of this entire apartment complex is compromised in every area!!! I have had a terrible experience with this place. If you use them beware for the money grab. Claudia has had multiple complaints in reviews and remains to be a hindrance. I felt Angela was helpful but super passive aggressive and an ugly attitude. The office is horrific with communication and lack any type of customer service skills or personal skills whatsoever. I wasted money on applications, signed leases just for them to tell me another applicant had taken my property. BEWARE OF THIS ORGANIZATION.
Park Mesa apartments have been pretty cool. Angela has made it even better. She always looks out for us.
I lived in an apartment at 680 Lashley Ln from June 2024 - June 2025, and there were both positives and negatives to the experience. I will say that the leasing office was both friendly to work with and fair in regards to my security deposit. The maintenance workers were quick and helpful, but there were significant plumbing issues due to it being an old apartment. It’s in a great area; I love that it’s nearby the grocery store and the park. The apartment is the perfect size and it feels like home. I really like my neighbors because they’re all super nice to me. The staff is amazing; they’re always available when I need to talk them! Maintenance is prompt and they get the job done right.
