It’s in a great area; I love that it’s nearby the grocery store and the park. The apartment is the perfect size and it feels like home. I really like my neighbors because they’re all super nice to me. The staff is amazing; they’re always available when I need to talk them! Maintenance is prompt and they get the job done right.
UPDATE: Finally heard from Jen the day after I posted this review. She jumped right on getting my new signage installed and even followed up to make sure I was happy with it once it was complete. I've updated my review to 3 stars since they've finally taken care of my request. It's a shame it took a negative review to get anything done, but I'll take this as a win. I've been renting an office space from RBN for almost 7 years now and they are truly the worst. They NEVER return phone calls or emails until you lose your patience with them and demand an answer. The owner/manager hides behind the girls that answer emails/phone calls and they claim to be completely dependent on the owner/manager for any answers, but he'll never answer a simple question. I really love that RentBoulderNow moved me into a clean and safe place that is good for boulder prices. They are friendly and do their best work in an efficient manner. Special thank you to Claudia and Laurie. They work tirelessly to accomodate many tenants. It is appreciated.
I have asked repeatedly to fill out a formal complaint about Claudia in the office and they will not provide me with management's contact information. I also have many complaints about my APARTMENT HAS BEEN FLOODED 6X I have also asked repeatedly for a black mold test due to ongoing health issues and it looks like I have to do it on my own!
