Do not rent here They charge a fortune for a filthy, broken, loud apartment with debris everywhere outside and in the laundry!! Claudia is the worst person to talk to. The whole office in fact are rude and not helpful, don't bother EVER calling them and avoid this place at all costs Nightmare after nightmare
I have lived at Park Mesa for a very, very long time. While not perfect, what place is? They have been attentive over the years for home and outdoor requests to help make it amazing. In response to their ridiculous reply, I have not rented for “several years”, I have experienced multple leaks in my bathroom, kitchen and upstairs sink that were half ass fixes as well as maintenance making our outlets no longer work as a result of poor installation on the upstairs sink and to remedy this, they wanted US to install new putlets when that is THEIR job since they broke them. Pathetic management. Company refuses to install security cameras after *multiple* instances when it would have been necessary. We’ve had theft, trespassers, assault, etc. at my apartment building, have requested cameras for the safety of tenants and been denied. I’d recommend choosing a different rental company.
