We rented from Maui Rentals years ago and had a very nice condo at Waiohuli Beach Hale #117. I though their service was good and very helpful. They went over and above this week to help our friends and their daughter that were stranded in Kihei due to the fire. Hours were spent trying to find a hotel and everything was showing booked. We called Maui Rentals around 4:30 pm and they immediately agreed to call our friends and found them a place to stay. Maui Rentals helped make a very stressful situation much better. We have worked with them every year for over fifteen years and they are FANTASTIC!
Huge disappointment with this company. Leaving to Maui April 22... email March 2 to say they had to cancel our reservation... (room under construction)they found us an alternative... 2 bedroom, however we need a 3 bedroom.. while they apologized and offered a refund .. now have to wait 7 to 10 days for it to show on my credit card... we now need to find alternative accommodation with not much time!
