I heard nothing but great things about this place from friends. We decided to put down a deposit and 5 days later unfortunately needed to cancel outside of the 60 day time frame. Unfortunately, within those 5 days, of the $824 deposit I put down, I only received back just over $500. What a joke. Will never think to use them again for my multiple trips to Vegas each year!
