I have been looking for a place to rent from for a few months now, and these people are probably the best people I could have found! The website is very user friendly, and there are a lot of options! Highly recommend
0 stars if allowed…when u first move in they are the nicest people.. To rent from them u must have a PERFECT LIFE no car break downs.. no checks messed up.. no death in the family…etc The collection people behind the text since u can’t talk to anyone and if you’re lucky enough they don’t care what happened they just argue and threaten .. and maintenance is a complete joke can’t call only text and the replies are always someone will contact you that’s it they aren’t the owners but they don’t understand the Tennessee renters r... read more
Llevo diez meses viviendo en una de las casas pago 1500 y su servicio de mantenimiento es pésimo !!!!!! Siento que se burlan de uno ! No tenía pensado mudarme … pero definitivamente tendré que hacerlo ! Y de paso iré a oficina a reportar a esta señora ! NO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO ESTE REAL STATE
Never rent from this place. The landlord is horrible. They never respond to any calls or texts. They ignore you and when you go into the office, they act slow as if they can’t help you with issues or any of that. Maintenance wise, they take their poor lil time coming out to fix stuff. I never rented from anyone like this and I WOULD NEVER rent from them again 👎🏾. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend!
