Been in my spot for almost 5 years and I have never had a problem with them. Always when had an issue or problem they always came.And the people always friendly and nice. From the office lady and the maintenance guys
Worst property management PERIOD ! They are money hungry , they don’t fix NOTHING then they try trapping you into another lease ! The worst company ever . They never communicate , nobody ever answer the phone . I’m very disappointed!

Rentals and Renovations took over the 7 year month to month lease in 2021. I was still month to month when he took over and wasn’t force to sign a new lease until November 2024 when he took me to court after knowing he could have stop court but was greedy and wanted legal fees he stated! So here it is! lost job in May 2024, Pension was released on July 3rd near holiday but rent would be late because money wasn’t going to be available until the 6th so late fees applies after 5th of month!
