So far, our experience with Rental America is disappointing. We entered into a contract with them on July 14th, 2025; they assigned a property manager, Brichelle, who visited/"inspected" the property and suggested a few action items and said the property would be listed within two weeks. Fast forward to today, 08/24/2025, they have not even listed the property. I had a positive experience with Rentals America. Angie was professional, responsive, and handled everything with care and clear communication. I appreciated her support throughout the process!
Was in a very volatile and vulnerable DV situation where I reached out to Angie our PM for help. She pretended to help me until she realized she wasn’t going to get a commission and then cozied up to my abuser. 0/10 as a PM and 0/10 as a fellow woman.
I have my rentals with Rental America since 2020, the team is wonderful to work with. I like to thank Rob Phillips PM for keeping everything in order.
