So far, our experience with Rental America is disappointing. We entered into a contract with them on July 14th, 2025; they assigned a property manager, Brichelle, who visited/"inspected" the property and suggested a few action items and said the property would be listed within two weeks. Fast forward to today, 08/24/2025, they have not even listed the property. I was re/searching property management companies for my first-ever rental property. I wanted something local but also an agency that had longevity and, of course, good reviews. I recognized early that given the impossibility of satisfying all tenants, or owners, no property mgmt company is going to have higher than a 4-star average.
