We wanted to look at a house we were interested in renting, but the agent Cheryl put us off again and again for about a month that the house wasn’t ready for showings yet. After we followed up with her yet another time, she informed us it was leased and a new tenant had already moved in - without us ever having the chance to see it even though we’ve expressed interest for over a month. Terrible communication and overall a waste of time, very unprofessional.
Irene and the Tucson Rentals America team are wonderful to work with. Irene has gone above and beyond for us at our rental property. She has a wealth of knowledge about property management and if she doesn’t know an answer, she finds someone who does. She’s prompt to respond to any calls or emails. I can’t say enough good things about her and I am blessed to have her taking care of our property.
