This is by far the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is absolutely terrible they don’t return calls, ignore emails, and leave tenants completely in the dark. When issues come up, they drag their feet for weeks (if they even bother to respond at all). The property was handed over in terrible condition, and anytime I asked for repairs or maintenance, I was met with excuses and zero follow through. Irene has been so helpful in assisting us with switching tenants within our lease. We appreciate her hardwork and timeliness when dealing with the logistics and paperwork.
Irene Saadeh is a fantastic property manager. She always responds quickly, communicates clearly and makes sure any concerns are taken care of right away. She truly makes living here stress-free.
Beautiful home
So far, our experience with Rental America is disappointing. We entered into a contract with them on July 14th, 2025; they assigned a property manager, Brichelle, who visited/"inspected" the property and suggested a few action items and said the property would be listed within two weeks. Fast forward to today, 08/24/2025, they have not even listed the property.
