Stay away from renting from this company if you can. They charge lots of extra fees and are poorly managed. After I signed my lease, management tried to sneak in a $39 charge that was not specified in the lease. Then a manager at the company tried to make us pay rent five days earlier than the first of the month. The lease clearly said rent was due on the first. Lame! As for the extra fees on top of rent, this company makes you pay them 2 percent of rent and a nearly worthless renter “benefit” package of about $40 per month.... read more
I have been with Rentals America for almost 20 years. It’s been so long… My property manager is Rob P. who is efficient, kind & knows what to do without me having to lift a finger. Without him, I’d be lost. He gives me reasonable options, picks great tenants and takes all of the heavy lifting off of my plate. Thanks Rob & RA.
