I have never encountered someone as incompetent as Kim in this office. I had a difficult time getting a hold of her. Delayed response to emails or no response at all. There is no option to text her. It is evident that she is not capable of doing her job. You should avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
The Property Management Contract lacks transparency. It is critical to read all the small and fine print before signing anything. The company collects late fees and charges from rental tenants without informing the homeowner. To make things worse, the property manager refused to return the money to the homeowner, alleging that the late fee charges belong to the property manager/agent. Unethical business practice!
